About the Role

In this role you will drive Veeam’s North American alliance strategy with Pure Storage, HPE, and Dell by building executive relationships, aligning sales priorities, and delivering measurable growth. In this high-impact role, you'll localize global strategy, champion innovative go-to-market initiatives, and accelerate revenue through powerful partnerships and field execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead the North American alliance strategy for Pure Storage, HPE, and Dell, ensuring alignment with Veeam’s corporate goals and regional sales priorities. 
  • Partner with global alliance leaders to localize strategic direction, define regional growth targets, and execute plans that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. 
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across partner sales, channel, and marketing organizations to drive alignment, investment, and shared accountability. 
  • Identify and prioritize growth initiatives in data protection, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure modernization to accelerate SaaS and co-sell revenue across regions. 
  • Sales & Go-to-Market Execution 
  • Apply a sales-first mindset to drive pipeline creation, influenced opportunities, and closed revenue through joint account planning and field activation. 
  • Scale repeatable GTM plays (e.g., HPE StoreOnce Refresh, Pure Evergreen//One, Dell Unstructured Data Solutions (UDS) and the AI Factory) that align to regional priorities and accelerate co-sell success. 
  • Partner with Veeam’s regional sales leaders to integrate alliance plays into enterprise, commercial, and velocity segments. 
  • Lead business reviews, pipeline inspection, and forecasting to ensure accountability and joint success. 
  • Executive Relationship Management 
  • Cultivate and sustain executive relationships with senior stakeholders at Pure, HPE, and Dell to align regional priorities, investments, and field initiatives. 
  • Act as the North American voice in global alliance planning sessions, influencing roadmap, GTM focus, and partner engagement models. 
  • Represent Veeam in joint business planning, executive briefings, and partner summits to elevate visibility and commitment at the highest levels. 
  • Enable Veeam and partner sellers to articulate joint value propositions and close opportunities through targeted enablement and play-based execution. 
  • Coordinate field activities, events, and campaigns with the Alliance Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption. 
  • Establish a consistent cadence with sales leadership to track performance, capture feedback, and refine strategy. 

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10 years of experience in technology sales, alliances, or partner management, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure ecosystems. 
  • Strong sales foundation with quota-carrying or measurable revenue ownership experience. 
  • Proven ability to build executive relationships that translate into tangible business growth. 
  • Deep understanding of hardware infrastructure alliances (HPE, Pure, Dell) and how they intersect with cloud and SaaS motions. 
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing repeatable GTM and co-sell plays that drive pipeline and revenue. 
  • Executive presence and communication skills across senior stakeholder audiences. 
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies. 

Location: Remote, North America (75%+ travel to partner offices, customer meetings, and industry events).

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

$252,500 - $468,800 USD

Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area)

$231,500 - $429,800 USD

Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona

$210,400 - $390,700 USD
