About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Recruiter to manage the full-cycle internal recruitment process. This role is responsible for handling internal job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, and managing offer processes exclusively for internal candidates. The ideal candidate brings experience in talent acquisition coordination or similar and a passion for supporting employee growth and mobility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide internal candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage all stages of the internal recruitment process, from job posting, checking eligibility requirements, conducting interviews, interview coordination as well as prepared and extend offers.
  • Complete eligibility check per policy
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure fair and consistent internal mobility practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the internal recruitment process.
  • Flex to support external recruitment process/ sourcing projects when capacity allows

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ year's experience in recruitment or talent acquisition coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in internal mobility or employee transfers.
  • Knowledge of employment law and internal hiring policies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
