About The Role: 

As an Associate Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of renewals sales representatives, driving them to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results. You will coach and develop your team, manage daily sales operations, and ensure objectives are achieved through effective performance management and strategic collaboration. Working closely with field sales and other departments, you will handle escalations, optimize sales processes, and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. Your leadership will be key in elevating team success, improving departmental outcomes, and upholding our core company values.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of 6 to 8 renewals sales representatives to achieve goals
  • Coach team members to improve their individual and collective results
  • Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts to ensure objectives are met
  • Monitor daily sales activities using the customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with field sales employees on territory division and execution
  • Handle customer and partner escalations to maintain positive relationships
  • Drive departmental improvements through analysis and process enhancements
