About the Role:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading hybrid sales team by overseeing sales, operations, and strategies for new and existing customers of Veeam Software.
What you’ll do:
- Leads a team of 5-10 Inside Sales Representatives, driving overachievement and goals with coaching, performance management, engagement, and career development
- Nurtures a positive team environment, in alignment with Veeam's Core Values
- Manages team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met
- Drives revenue and contribute to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving individual and team quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Monitors daily activity of sales representatives, including sales activities and use of Veeam's CRM (Salesforce.com) and customer intelligence tools
- Drives measured performance of inside and customer facing activities; corrects deficiencies where necessary
- Help facilitate and participate in customer engagement and deal management
- Collaborates with management on territory division of labor and sales execution.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of proven sales leadership and performance via combination inside and customer facing sales
- 2+ year experience in selling products to end-user via resellers and understanding the reseller and VAR community is a must
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Demonstrated experience in building, training, managing, developing and getting results from a hybrid sales team
- Skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers
- Proven track record of driving high volume, transactional sales along with more complex mid-market and enterprise sales
- Ability to work well with all levels of people and teams in a matrix-organization structure
- Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies
Bonus Skills/Experience:
- An understanding and knowledge of SalesForce and BI tools
- Knowledge of physical, virtual, cloud-native, SaaS, BaaS data protection and physical workloads
- Knowledge of storage Veeam’s competitive landscape.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
United States of America Pay Range
$138,800 - $198,300 USD
