About the Role
Systems Analyst is a key role in the Integrations team under the Corporate Technology umbrella. In this role, you will evaluate existing systems, business processes, and be involved in designing integrations between various systems. You will work closely with business partners, program managers, development and QA team members. You are expected to gather, analyze, and understand business needs, perform research and analysis on the requests to prepare functional requirements and technical solution. You are expected to create mock services, API documentation using swagger. You will support development team with the implementation of the solution and QA team during testing. You will regularly meet with stakeholders for prioritization and planning. You are expected to communicate regular updates with management and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements, create integration solutions based on the requirements
- Prepare functional/non-functional documents for the solution
- Document technical solution in Confluence using standard templates and UML diagrams
- Evaluate current systems and processes and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with business partners, program managers and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with development team on technical implementation, provide necessary guidance to QA team during testing phase
- Conduct regular status update meetings with stakeholders
- Take ownership of backlog building and grooming process
- Establish relationship with business partners, working with them to deliver better value to the
business
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in similar position in a team responsible for building integrations solutions
- 2+ years of experience with MuleSoft
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or experience in relevant field
- Thorough understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services
- Proven experience working with MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Exchange) to develop mocking services and integrations
- Knowledge of HTTP Protocol
- Experience working with SQL queries and analyzing the data sets
- Knowledge of UML and experience with algorithms, component diagrams, sequence diagrams
- Experience working with tools like Postman/SoapUI for API testing
- Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, documentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of common end-to-end business processes
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger) and RAML (RESTful API Modeling Language)
- Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM, CPQ) and its underlying object model, Developer Console and SOQL

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
United States of America Pay Range
$91,000 - $130,000 USD
