EMEA Channel Marketing Specialist

The EMEA Channel Marketing Specialist supports Veeam’s channel marketing strategies across all partner categories, including resellers, distributors, service providers and alliances. The Specialist will support impactful partner enablement, demand generation campaigns, integrated marketing programs, execution tasks, and reporting, aligning with corporate strategy and local execution to support Veeam’s sales and business objectives across EMEA. The successful candidate is collaborative, results-driven, and eager to learn, with a passion for IT and channel marketing.
Main priorities:
- Assist in developing and executing partner marketing programs and activities aligned with Veeam’s business goals and regional sales objectives.
- Support the planning and delivery of partner enablement, engagement, and growth initiatives—leveraging both to-partner and through-partner motions.
- Coordinates and nurtures a value-driven partner community to reinforce Veeam’s leadership in data protection and cloud solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing program performance; support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the management of marketing budgets to maximize program ROI and effectiveness.
- Assist in the execution of regional marketing programs to drive partner business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Support partner marketing enablement by providing in-country teams and partners with frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Assist with campaign management, event/webinar setup, content coordination, email marketing, social media, and proofing.
- Help organize partner and end-user engagement activities, including events, promotions, incentives, and digital campaigns.
- Support partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation plans.
- Provide templates and guidance for local to-partner and through-partner campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelors, Masters or other university degrees ideally in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a results-driven program or project management role in a partner-facing, technology-driven business
- Experience in channel sales/channel marketing experience and working with partners highly required
- Understanding of channel enablement, marketing and service provider programs and measuring success
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and monitor new programs
- Good understanding of industry-standard channel programs
- EMEA experience developing programs to drive demand for new and existing products
- Ability to collaborate with globally distributed and diverse teams in demonstrated leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with channel sales teams to align sales and go-to-market goals
- Excellent writer and presenter
- Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools e.g., Teams, WebEx, Zoom
- Effective project management and organizational skills
- Strong initiative and creativity
