About the role
This role is focused on supporting our Run the Business analytics team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency within our Sales RTB environment. Your expertise in dashboarding and analysis will be essential in managing client relationships and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance our service offerings.
What you'll do
- Establish core standard reports, data sets, and metrics for global use.
- Create dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to guide business improvements.
- Supply materials for QBRs, Summits, and All Hands meetings.
- Standardize existing reporting and knowledge base.
- Reconcile data differences and add data sources.
- Develop processes to meet strategic goals.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
- Present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously improving business processes
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- English Advanced
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Clik).
- Data wrangling / ETL and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technical writing and project management experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Core skills in SQL for querying and managing databases, including:
- Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Optimizing SQL queries for performance.
- Designing and maintaining relational database schemas.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation, including:
- Creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Connecting Tableau to various data sources.
- Using advanced Tableau features like calculated fields, parameters, and data blending.
- Experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics, including:
- Building and managing data pipelines.
- Performing data transformations and analysis using Databricks notebooks.
- Integrating Databricks with other data tools and platforms.
