Sales Development Representative Team Leader with Czech or Slovak

Your tasks will include:
- Leading a team of sales development representatives across the EMEA region, with a focus on Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Coaching, guiding, and developing team members to exceed pipeline generation objectives
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve lead qualification and drive pipeline growth
- Monitoring and assessing team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Building productive relationships with internal stakeholders to promote cross-functional collaboration
- Managing team performance against set quotas and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Nurturing a positive and inclusive team environment reflecting Veeam’s core values
What we expect from you:
- Having at least 5 years of experience in inside sales management or supervisory positions
- Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak language
- Demonstrating a consistent ability to build, coach, and lead sales teams to surpass targets
- Showing experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a big advantage
- Possessing a successful track record in driving both transactional and enterprise sales
- Communicating effectively across all organizational levels and within a matrix structure
- Displaying understanding of different sales methodologies and knowledge of virtualization technologies
