Positioned in UAE, Dubai –

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Veeam, you will be crucial in developing and closing business with Enterprise Accounts.

The position is based in Dubai with national coverage.

We are looking for a person who enjoys working in a fast-paced company, loves teamwork, and strives to be the #1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and close business with named major accounts
  • Collaborate with the well-established channel community to leverage business opportunities.
  • Engage in solution selling to cultivate existing customers, primarily focusing on acquiring new customer applications.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain detailed account/opportunity records in Salesforce.

Job Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Transformation, including Cloud/SaaS migration and Cyber Protection & Recovery expertise.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, including field sales and account management within Saudi Arabia
  • Track record of successfully selling to enterprise businesses, showcasing the ability to secure new business.
  • Established relationships with top-tier enterprise accounts and the ability to establish new connections.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies.
  • Self-starter with quick learning abilities.

Responsibilities and Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets in the Enterprise market segment in the assigned territory.
  • Grow the pipeline by collaborating with the local team, System Engineers, and Channel & Alliance Partner sales teams.
  • Conduct direct customer-facing enterprise sales activities in the field alongside Channel and Alliance Partners.
  • Enter accurate forecasting and maintain account/opportunity details in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with executives, articulate Veeam’s solutions and business value, create demand, and close deals.
  • Develop a pipeline focusing on short-, medium-, and long-term revenue opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Effectively execute account and opportunity plans to drive demand and revenue generation.
  • Fluent Arabic
