We’re seeking a Senior Program Leader to own and scale our Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM)—a strategic framework that helps enterprises benchmark, assess, and improve their data resilience posture. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic product ownership, technical program execution, and cross-functional leadership.
You’ll be responsible for evolving the DRMM roadmap, delivering supporting tools and assessments, and enabling internal and external stakeholders—from Services to Sales to Partners—to operationalize the framework at scale. This role requires a unique combination of product strategy, technical fluency, and industry expertise in data protection and security.
Responsibilities:
- Own the DRMM as a Strategic Product: Define and evolve the DRMM roadmap, structure, and long-term success metrics. Ensure the framework remains relevant and forward-looking in a rapidly evolving market.
- Operationalize at Scale: Build reliable, repeatable, and measurable processes for assessments across thousands of customers. Drive execution excellence and scalability.
- Industry Leadership & Category Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the data protection/security space, including key players, customer challenges, and ecosystem dynamics. Position DRMM as a market-leading framework.
- GTM Integration & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and Enablement teams to embed DRMM into sales motions. Develop training, playbooks, and collateral to empower field and partner teams.
- Performance Measurement & Feedback Loops: Establish KPIs to measure DRMM impact (e.g., pipeline generation, deal progression, adoption). Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously refine the framework.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, marketing, and services teams to ensure alignment and execution. Influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years in product management, technical consulting, or program leadership in enterprise tech or cybersecurity.
- Experience building or owning maturity models, assessment frameworks, or benchmarking tools.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
- Technically fluent—able to understand data flows, scoring logic, and dashboard mechanics—but not required to code.
- Deep industry knowledge in data protection/security and familiarity with ecosystem players.
- Background in consulting or GSI environments preferred (e.g., McKinsey, Accenture).
- Executive presence and ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
We offer:
- Unlimited PTO
- 3 global VeeaMe Days per year: company-wide closures for employees to take a break, disconnect, and focus on self-care
