This role is a key member of the Finance Applications team within Corporate Technology. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of an innovative and collaborative environment, where your work directly contributes to the company's efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. The candidate will work alongside skilled professionals in IT and various business units, collaborating closely with system architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams across the globe.
As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Finance applications. The scope of the role includes working with key team members and business stakeholders to interpret business needs and issues, translating those needs into actionable items, participating in the design, implementation, and testing activities, and providing post-implementation support
Your tasks will include:
- Develop a deep understanding of business requirements by working with business owners, subject matter experts, enterprise architects, product owners, and application developers through interviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Be heavily involved in design sessions to architect improvements to the NetSuite solution and other Finance Applications such as: SAP Concur, Coupa, Floqast, Hyperion
- Monitor your assigned finance application(s) daily and respond to access, security, downtime, or usability concerns.
- Continuously assess and improve NetSuite or other assigned Finance Apps functionalities, workflows, and processes.
- Own special projects as they arise and drive continuous process improvement, provide post implementation support
- Conduct UAT and functional testing of application upgrades as needed.
- Maintain professional and productive communication with business and technical stakeholders and peers
- Collaborate with MuleSoft Architects to design, develop, and maintain Finance Applications that are using MuleSoft connector
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Finance Applications such as: NetSuite, Sap Concur, Coupa, Floqast administration and/or development.
- NetSuite ERP: Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing NetSuite ERP to meet business needs
- SuiteScript: Experience with JavaScript-based scripting language for customizing and automating processes within NetSuite
- Advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts and business processes
- Knowledge of MuleSoft integration development, APIs, and integrations
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with integrating third-party applications within Finance SaaS-based apps
- Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities for Finance SaaS-based apps
- Profound process and data modelling skills (UML, BPMN).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$111,200 - $158,900 USD
