Sales Development Representative (German + English Fluency Required)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories. Through proactive outreach via phone, email, social media, and chat, SDRs engage with potential customers to generate interest and build a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales organization. The SDR plays a key role in validating marketing-generated leads and uncovering additional stakeholders involved in the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads for sales and channel teams, ensuring alignment with defined criteria.
- Engage additional decision-makers in target accounts and maximize Veeam’s presence within assigned regions.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce, adhering to service-level agreements.
- Conduct high volumes of outbound communication and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Consistently achieve targets for leads, opportunities, and appointments set.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in English and German.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments
