At Veeam, we're seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office & Executive Briefing Center Manager to join our team at our newest office in Kirkland, WA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our staff and visitors. 50% of your role will be Office manager duties, 25% dedicated to office of the CEO projects, and 25% will be additional administrative support to Veeam’s Senior Leadership Team 

Responsibilities: 

  • Building Management Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the office building management and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to deliver an exceptional office experience that supports productivity and team satisfaction. 
  • Facilities Management: Manage and resolve facilities-related requests in a timely manner, ensuring that all office needs are addressed and maintained. 
  • Kitchen & Breakroom Oversight: Monitor kitchen inventory, oversee regular restocking of snacks and beverages, and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the area. 
  • Office Management: Take charge of various office-related tasks, including organizing storage spaces, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient office supplies management. 
  • Team Lunches & Conference Rooms: Coordinate lunch orders for team meetings and handle conference room bookings for internal/external events, ensuring all requirements are met. 
  • Employee Engagement in the Pacific Northwest: Plan and execute events and experiences that foster employee engagement and well-being, tailored to local employees needs and preferences. 

Requirements 

To thrive in this role, you should possess: 

  • Must be located in the Seattle area and be available to work on site in our Carillon Point office five days a week 
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, establishing strong and trusting relationships. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Proactive in anticipating and responding to the needs of others. 
  • Strong initiative, willingness to take on projects beyond the scope. 
  • A "roll up your sleeves" attitude is all about being ready to dive into any task, no matter how big or small, to ensure the success of the team.  
  • Good judgment and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with outmost care. 
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for conveying ideas clearly and ensuring that the message is understood by the intended audience. Ability to perform well under pressure or ambiguity. 
  • On occasion- the position requires the ability to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods of time. Candidates must be able to perform various tasks, and occasionally lift or move items weighing more than 30 pounds. The role involves some physical activity in a fast-paced environment. 

Basic Qualifications 

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a professional corporate environment 
  • Proven experience partnering with executives and providing high-level support to drive business objectives. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing fast-growing teams and navigating dynamic, high-paced work environments. 
  • Must reside in the greater Seattle area, full availability to work 5 days per week in-office 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company: Someone who is comfortable handling multiple tasks, working under pressure, and adapting quickly. 
  • Ability to learn new technologies: Is adaptable and has a growth mindset, is enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with new tools, platforms, or systems. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills: strong communication/collaboration, as well as the ability to manage time effectively. The ideal candidate should be able to balance multiple tasks, work well with others, and communicate efficiently.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range

$57,300 - $81,900 USD
