The Veeam Renewals and Customer Success Specialist team is hiring a Senior Strategic Program Manager as part of the Global Specialists team to analyze execution of business strategies and ensure the achievements of the targets.
As part of the role, you will also work with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop efficient strategies and tactics and produce results in a timely manner.
Your tasks will include:
- In collaboration with management, develop and implement strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Collaborate with various internal business partners and teams to align Renewals strategies with overall business objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on performance to VP of Renewals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
What we expect from you:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field
- Experience working in key roles within Renewals or Customer Success organizations with a track record of achieving targets
- Understanding on key Renewals/Retention/CS challenges
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working with culturally diverse teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable experience with analytics and reporting tools
