Marketing Operations Associate Manager

Marketing Operations – Operations Associate Manager at Veeam is critical in managing the day-to-day lead import process in collaboration with our corporate technology team and offshore resources. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison, coordinating across various teams to ensure marketing data integrity and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Import Process Management: Oversee the daily lead import process, working closely with the corporate technology team and offshore resources to ensure timely and accurate data integration. Monitor data flow, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize the lead import process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the legal, procurement, and field marketing teams to facilitate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) alignment. Ensure all lead management activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Campaign Framework Design: Collaborate with the marketing automation, technology, and analytics teams to design and refine the campaign framework. Work on business and technical requirements to maintain data integrity across all marketing campaigns and lead management processes.
  • Data Integrity Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data through regular audits and continuous improvement of data management practices. Develop and implement processes to maintain data hygiene and integrity throughout the lead lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for lead lifecycle and campaign management-related queries and escalations. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring that business needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within lead lifecycle management and campaign operations. Leverage technology and best practices to lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and analyses to track lead performance, campaign effectiveness, and data quality. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lead management, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of lead and data management principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, technology, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, Marketo, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focusing on data integrity and process optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curated storytelling of raw data to uncover underlying insights for both Marketing and Inside Sales
  • Experience with a full spectrum of funnel demand gen
  • Self-starter with the ability to see through data for analysis and conclusions
  • Experience in Sales Operations is a bonus but not required (waterfall, methodologies, processes, quota booking)
  • Experience working within cross-functional business groups, including Marketing Automation, Demand Gen, Global Events, and Regional Demand Gen.
  • Experience with SQL (reports building, script writing) and BI tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign management tools.
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range

$91,000 - $130,000 USD
