About the Role
The Veeam Global Demand Generation team is hiring an experienced Senior Campaign Specialist to drive and execute marketing programs that accelerate the success of Veeam’s global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will own and optimize multi-stage partner journeys — from recruiting new partners, activating dormant ones, improving retention, and supporting partner growth across Veeam’s portfolio of solutions.
As part of the global campaigns organization, you will develop, launch, and optimize integrated marketing tactics across digital advertising, email, social media, webinars, content syndication, and partner-focused nurture programs. This role requires strong collaboration with Channel Marketing, Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and cross-functional demand gen teams to build programs that deliver measurable engagement and pipeline through and with partners.
You will help shape Veeam’s global partner marketing strategy by creating compelling content, activating global programs at scale, and analyzing program performance to identify insights that drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Support go-to-market planning for global partner campaigns in collaboration with Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Sales, Digital, PR/Comms, and Regional Field Marketing
- Understand partner personas, motivations, barriers, and buying/selling behaviors to inform campaign strategy.
- Plan and execute integrated partner marketing programs across email, social, webinars, paid digital, content syndication, and marketing automation.
- Drive activation and re-engagement of dormant partners through targeted programs and nurture flows.
- Create and write partner-focused content, including emails, landing pages, social copy, and promotional assets.
- Analyze campaign results, partner activation metrics, influenced pipeline, and ROI using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
- Identify insights and opportunities to improve performance and remove friction in partner journeys.
- Communicate plans and updates to executives, stakeholders and regional teams across the globe to gain alignment and drive business objectives.
- Work with execution teams, including digital advertising, marketing automation, online events, web teams, field marketing, and events to drive partner engagement and influenced pipeline.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 experience working in marketing campaigns for B2B technology companies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Experience with channels such as Facebook, Google AdWords, content syndication, webinars, email and social media
- Creative copywriting ability for marketing materials like emails, social posts, landing pages and advertisements
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to be able to balance multiple projects and meet project deadlines
- Comfortable with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, Tableau, Generative AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot), and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and familiarity with partner recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and enablement is a plus.
What You’ll Get
- 21 annual vacation days, additional days based on tenure, plus 4 global VeeaMe Days for self-care
- Private health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
- Mental health support with up to 12 free therapy sessions
- Private hospital coverage for planned and emergency care
- Monthly lifestyle and daily meal benefits: 40 RON/day via Edenred and 600 RON/month through a flexible cafeteria platform
- Life, critical illness, and disability insurance
- One paid volunteer day annually through Veeam Cares
- Professional training and education, including courses and workshops, internal meetups, and unlimited access to our online learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Athena, O’Reilly) and mentoring through our MentorLab program
