THE ROLE

We're looking for a great storyteller & visual curator. Someone with the experience to create and produce 'social signature series' for cool, trendy, serious brands. Additionally, someone who can shoot and edit elite stills and motion which we can add a great copy line onto and make it shareable, as well as being able to shoot and edit in a lo-fi scrappy premium way. 

Ideally, we looking for someone who can bring production experience from working either as a self-made YouTube Creator, for a world class digital publisher like LadBible, PUBERTY, VICE or somewhere like BBC, Channel 4, or ITV which means you understand the production side as much as the creative side.

• Advanced technical skills that mean they understand how to shoot for social
• Knows what lighting to use
• Can find better angles
• What equipment is best for the idea
• How to edit in a social first way
• How to cast the right people to get the right performance 
• Backed by a portfolio of creatively outstanding social-first films and stills
• You understand how to make films under tight budget and time constraints 
• Don't always require producer support because they have found innovative ways to work independently 
• You consider every aspect of an idea and its execution, ensuring we only pitch ideas to clients and CDs that we can deliver at a level that lives up to what’s been promise
