The role  

As a UX Designer Sr, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 5 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. 

You will thrive in this role if you are: 

• A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo 
• A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing 
• Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data 
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and user psychology 

• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback 

• Create personas through user research and data 

• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success 

• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs 

• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) 

• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs 

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

• Lead discovery phases and UX strategy definition

• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders

• Define and track UX metrics and KPIs

• Contribute to Design System governance and scalability

• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders

• Drive user-centered culture across teams

 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

-Have at least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer.

-Having participated in multiple projects from different industries, guaranteeing the plurality of experience and 
versatility of the role.

-Have university studies (complete or incomplete) related to design.

-Have some specialization or postgraduate degree oriented to Visual Design, Motion Design, Interface Design, or similar.

-Know and know how to use design tools perfectly (Figma, Sketch, Procreate, etc)-Work under an Agile work structure and oriented to Lean Design.-Have good public speaking and storytelling.

-Be flexible and with skills to resolve conflicts and focus on the results.

-Advanced English level to interpret, speak and write.-It's a plus: experience as Creative Director (with a focus on digital products), Illustrator, Brand Director
