The Role  

As a Python AI Developer, you are passionate about experiencing innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role & Responsibilities

• Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS and Next.js
• Solid backend engineering skills in Python (FastAPI) with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups
• Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based solutions
• Practical exposure to model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction techniques
• Strong understanding of data handling using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO for structured and unstructured data
• Ability to analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value

Must have

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines
• Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments
• Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI for building AI services and APIs
• Frontend exposure using ReactJS / Next.js for AI-driven user interfaces
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO
• Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python
• Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms
• Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner
