The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud and hands-on experience working within Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions, leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Service Cloud while aligning with the FSC data model. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions for customer service and case management processes within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development:
- Design, build, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications within the Financial Services Cloud instance.
- Develop and optimize Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni Channel Routing, and Service Cloud Voice features.
- Leverage FSC industry-specific data models (Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Client Data, etc.) to implement solutions that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Integration Services.
- Create reusable technical components and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
Data & Integrations:
- Work with FSC data structures (e.g., Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Client Profiles) and customize to support service processes.
- Develop API-based integrations with core banking, insurance, wealth management, and third-party systems.
- Ensure data consistency, compliance, and security across service workflows.
Service Operations:
- Implement workflow automation, Omni Scripts, and Flows for case resolution, service processes, and customer onboarding.
- Enable Einstein Bots, Service Analytics, and AI-powered recommendations where required. • Configure Service Entitlements, SLAs, and Milestones for financial service customers.
Governance & Quality:
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security model, FSC governance standards, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS as applicable).
- Work in Agile delivery environments, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, Service Cloud Voice).
- Experience working with Financial Services Cloud data model – including Person Accounts, Householding, Financial Accounts, and Relationship Groups.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
- Experience with Declarative tools (Flows, OmniScripts, Process Builder).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Integration Patterns (middleware, API-led, event-driven).
- Experience in DevOps/CI-CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Git, Jenkins).
Domain Knowledge:
- Understanding of Financial Services industry processes such as customer onboarding, servicing, dispute management, KYC, and compliance.
- Knowledge of banking, insurance, or wealth management operations is a strong plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (highly preferred).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps teams.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Salesforce AI & Analytics tools (Einstein, Tableau CRM).
- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware for integrations.
- Prior experience working in regulated financial environments.
