The Role  

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Core Clouds L3 Developer (Multi-Cloud) with strong hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and proven experience working with global or luxury customers in complex Salesforce environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce standard features (flows, validation rules, approval processes, etc.).
• Optimize system performance and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Support ongoing enhancements, deployments, and issue resolution as part of managed services or continuous delivery models.
• Communicate effectively with business and customer stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in technical delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 6 –8 years total experience with a minimum of 6 years in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps Center).
• Knowledge of security, data management, and Salesforce platform limits.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive and business teams.
• Experience working with premium or luxury customers will be a strong advantage.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Platform Developer II – added advantage

  Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and customer-focused.
• Capable of mentoring junior developers and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
