The Role  

We are seeing a highly skilled candidate who will possess deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and proven experience working with global or luxury customers in complex Salesforce environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce B2C Commerce solutions aligned with brand and business objectives. We are looking for developers having full-stack (backend/frontend) skills
• Implement and customize SOM flows, including order orchestration, fulfillment, and integration with Commerce Cloud.
• Build and maintain cartridges, scripts, jobs, APIs, and custom integrations (ERP, OMS, payment gateways, logistics, etc.).
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and design teams to deliver robust, reusable, and high-performance solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and optimize for scalability and performance.
• Actively participate in client meetings, technical workshops, and demos, providing expert-level inputs and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across environments and provide Level 3 technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of total experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce technologies.
• Salesforce B2C Commerce expertise in:
• ISML templates, controllers, pipelines, jobs, and custom objects
• Data modeling, promotions, catalog, pricing, and checkout flow customization
• REST API integrations and headless commerce concepts

Salesforce Order Management (SOM):

• Configuration and customization of order lifecycle, orchestration, and fulfillment flows
• Integration between SOM and B2C Commerce for unified order management
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and Git-based version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with strong presentation ability.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
• Order Management Administrator Accredited Professional
• Order Management Developer Accredited Professional

Preferred Profile Mix

We’re open to professionals with varied strengths across Salesforce Commerce and SOM. Whether your expertise is primarily in B2C Commerce with exposure to Salesforce Order Management, or the other way around, we’d love to hear from you.
