The role  

As a Delivery/Program Manager, you will be leading across multiple projects to develop strategic client relationships, meet client needs, and deliver exceptional experiences.

Role responsibilities

• Be an active member of the project leadership team.
• Manage, plan, and control the scope, budgets, and timeline of software development projects.
• Manage client communications for multiple large-scale development efforts.
• Shape teams and allocate workload according to client needs.
• Motivate project team members, encourage, and support productive work performance, and facilitate collaboration across teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Actively work to ensure a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Participate in local and global practice leadership to create a culture of learning and growth.
• Actively encourage and sponsor professional and team development.
• Work closely with the account and finance teams to bring accuracy and realism to sales forecasts and new opportunities.

 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Proven experience managing multiple teams to meet customer needs.
• Proven experience in managing large projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Ability to organize the teams and the work to hit and exceed GM targets.
• Experience in leading and inspiring teams to reach a shared vision.
• Understanding of the challenges faced in growing and expanding teams.
• Ability to communicate at all levels; in particular, with senior clients, project stakeholders, and teams.
• Ability to establish an appropriate project management regime in relation to client needs and commercial context.
• Ability to connect work done by the team to customer value.
• An eye for detail with the ability to step back and consider the bigger picture.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Ability to travel across Europe to meet teams and clients.

 

Nice to have qualifications  

• Experience in Mobile App and Website deliveries.
• A relevant project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Prince2, APM, etc).
