The role  

As a Project Manager, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring +4 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. We’re looking for someone who can manage one or multiple digital marketing projects, being responsible for delivering campaigns and projects within the agreed-upon scope, on time, and on budget, aiming for client satisfaction and the achievement of performance goals. You’ll ensure both leading and managing the multidisciplinary project team (including Media, SEO, Content, Design, SFMC, etc.), assigning tasks, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and motivating team members.

Role responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors/partners for the flawless execution of projects and campaigns.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring strategic and technical feasibility.
• Ensure team resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project timeline to track progress and deliverables.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, improving negotiation and understanding of their business needs.
• Analyze campaign and project performance data, creating reports and dashboards to optimize decision-making and present results to the client.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including media plans, content schedules, and performance reports.

 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• +4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Coordinator in digital marketing agencies or related fields.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem (Paid Media, SEO, Inbound Marketing, Social Media, etc.).
• Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.).
• Experience working with agile methodologies applied to marketing.
• Strategic vision to prioritize actions with a focus on results and deadlines. Proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Communication and management skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on the quality of deliverables.
• Focused on continuous improvement and constant learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Native Portuguese.
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English.

 

Nice to have qualifications  

• Project Management/Agile certifications.
• Previous experience in account management
• Data visualization tools knowledge.
