Transformation Program Manager

United States - Remote

Why Valtech? We’re the experience innovation company - a trusted partner to the world’s most recognized brands. To our people we offer growth opportunities, a values-driven culture, international careers and the chance to shape the future of experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Program Manager to help improve workflows, foster alignment, and drive collaboration across a large, complex organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical fluency and people-centered skills to understand how teams work, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide stakeholders toward more effective processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize workflows across multiple teams and technologies to identify opportunities for efficiency and alignment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and workshops to bridge silos and create shared understanding.
  • Build and maintain clear visualizations (e.g., process maps, workflow diagrams, dashboards) to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels, building trust through empathy, transparency, and thoughtful engagement.
  • Independently drive initiatives in ambiguous environments, creating structure and momentum where none exists.
  • Track, organize, and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve collaboration, communication, and workflow integration.

Areas of Expertise / Nice-to-Have Knowledge

While not required, familiarity with the following areas will strengthen a candidate’s ability to succeed in this role:

  • Data pipelines & GCP (Google Cloud Platform): To better understand workflows, communicate clearly, and identify technical improvement opportunities.
  • Cybersecurity: Knowledge of tools and frameworks such as SIEMs, MITRE ATT&CK, and UEBA.
  • Mapping & diagramming: Ability to visualize processes and workflows for clarity.
  • Data visualization: For effective reporting, metrics analysis, and decision support.

Critical Soft Skills

Success in this role depends on a strong foundation of interpersonal and organizational skills, including:

  • Empathy & stakeholder management: Build trust with diverse groups by understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Systems thinking & synthesis: Connect the dots across teams, workflows, and technologies.
  • Facilitation: Lead productive conversations, workshops, and presentations that drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Organization & time management: Manage personal priorities while potentially overseeing projects or coordinating others.
  • Pioneering mindset: Comfort with ambiguity, self-direction, and forging new paths without established templates.

If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. At Valtech, we recognize that talent comes in many forms, and we value diverse perspectives and a willingness to learn.
