The role  

As a Senior QA Engineer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. 

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role responsibilities

• Participate in business requirement definitions.
• Participate in work flow and QA processes definitions.
• Execute test plans manually and document the results obtained with their evidence.
• Prepare project health reports for project management, and collaborate in KPI definitions.
• Participate in the creation of complete and meaningful test cases and plans.
• Write acceptance criteria for requirements and user stories.
• Estimate QA effort for user stories and projects.
• Actively participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting processes.
• Participate in team knowledge acquisition and transfer.
• Report issues related with non-functional requirements (Performance, availability, responsive design, etc).
• Orchestrate the features work flow and sign-off in different environments. To review, analyze and add context to incidents reported by the client.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (Daily meetings, Planning , Retrospective)

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience working as Manual QA engineer.
  Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Redmine or similar).
  Strong experience in different kind of testing (Blackbox, Whitebox, regression, functional and non-functional).
  Ability to understand certain technical concepts and to use troubleshotting tools (Basic understanding of log analysis tools, API requests, monitoring alerts, etc).Strong experience performing Mobile applications testing by using emulators and Cloud testing tools (Browserstack, Crossbrowsertesting, etc).
  General knowledge in QA Automation tools.
  Strong experience working with Agile methodologies and processes.
  Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level of english.
