The Opportunity

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be the powerhouse behind Validation Cloud’s growth, establishing us as the go-to infrastructure provider for the Web3 economy. This role is all about blending creativity and strategy—rolling out bold campaigns that drive results today while shaping a brand that lasts for tomorrow. From generating high-quality leads to running performance-driven marketing and targeted brand initiatives, you’ll partner with our Sales and Product teams to supercharge our expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing:
  • Design and execute paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social media platforms to drive enterprise leads.
  • Optimize campaign performance with A/B testing, ensuring CPL and CAC align with targets.
• Content Amplification:
  • Promote whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content through targeted ads and distribution channels to position Validation Cloud as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create campaigns that highlight our brand’s technical expertise.
• Growth Campaigns:
  • Develop and manage multi-channel growth campaigns focused on acquiring enterprise customers and increasing visibility in the Web3 space.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine audience targeting and messaging.
• Data Analytics and Insights:
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CAC, ROI) to ensure continuous improvement and transparency.
  • Leverage audience insights to drive innovative marketing strategies and anticipate market trends.
• Brand-Building Initiatives:
  • Launch targeted campaigns to establish Validation Cloud as a trusted leader in crypto staking and infrastructure.
  • Secure speaking opportunities, webinars, and co-marketing efforts with industry partners to enhance brand credibility.

About You

• Experience:
  • 5+ years in performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with staking, blockchain APIs, and infrastructure solutions is a strong plus.
• Skills:
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of optimizing CPL and CAC to meet growth goals.
  • Ability to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns tied directly to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 audiences and how to effectively reach them across channels.
