The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-impact strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support growth goals across all departments.
- Enhance operational performance by establishing scalable processes, leveraging automation, and implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
- Strategically align resources to support current priorities and scale operations effectively as the business grows.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen our operational infrastructure, with a focus on agility, scalability, and long-term growth.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals.
- Use analytics and data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and inform strategic planning, ensuring our operations are both efficient and responsive.
- Execute on key initiatives that drive operational enhancements and align with company-wide success metrics, contributing directly to our strategic vision.
About You
- 10+ years of experience in operational leadership and strategic business operations, ideally within tech or fast-scaling environments.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional initiatives, and fostering a cohesive, results-oriented team culture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive strategic projects across product, operations, and other business areas.
- Excellent presentation skills – skilled in PowerPoint, written communication, and verbal presentation.
- Highly quantitative and process-oriented – brings strong analytical capabilities with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Track record of excellence, with consistent top performance within previous roles.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
