WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers warmly, offering proactive support, and building genuine connections.
• Provide personalised product recommendations, sizing guidance, and fit advice to help customers find exactly what they need.
• Confidently recommend complementary products and complete outfit solutions that add value to the customer journey.
• Promote Gymshark Membership, communicating benefits clearly and authentically.
• Support store performance by helping achieve daily sales and service targets.
• Maintain exceptional visual standards across the shop floor, fitting rooms, and accessory displays.
• Ensure best-selling products are replenished, sized correctly, and available for customers at all times.
• Process deliveries, organise stockrooms, and support inventory management activities.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Collaborate closely with teammates across the sales floor and back-of-house to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Adapt to changing priorities and jump between tasks to support the needs of the business.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing retail environment.
