As our new HR Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our People team with recruitment, hiring, and day-to-day HR processes across our global organisation. If you are a structured, proactive student with a passion for talent, people processes, and delivering a great candidate experience, then you might be what we are looking for to join our People team here in Copenhagen.

Your Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Draft job descriptions based on hiring manager input.
  • Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, our website, job boards).
  • Screen CVs and assist in shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support with preparing interview guides and assessment materials.
  • Support the pre-employment process.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience end-to-end.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities (first-day coordination, hardware orders, welcome materials).
  • Help prepare HR communications, presentations, and templates.

People & Culture Projects

  • Assist with organising team events and internal engagement activities.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements or data collection.

 Who You Are

  • You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, business, psychology or a related field.
  • You are organised, reliable, and comfortable handling many moving parts at once.
  • You enjoy working with people and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • You are detail-oriented yet able to keep momentum in fast-moving processes.
  • You maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism in all HR matters.
  • Experience with recruitment or HR systems (e.g., Hibob) is a plus but not required.
  • You are fluent in English and can communicate at a professional level in both writing and speech.
