Commercial Tooling Associate - Revenue Operations

About the Position 

We are looking for a Commercial Tooling Associate to join our Revenue Operations team at United Fintech. his role is ideal for someone with a strong technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and an interest in automation, AI-driven tools, and commercial systems like Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) and other platforms supporting sales, marketing, client support, and finance. 

As part of our team, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimising our commercial tooling stack. While Salesforce will be the primary focus, you will also help optimise tools for commercial teams, ensuring they are well-integrated and efficient. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption, automation, and efficiency through training, configuration, and system enhancements. 

This is a hands-on entry-level role with significant growth potential for someone looking to develop expertise in Salesforce administration, automation, AI-driven solutions and commercial technology strategy within a fast-growing fintech environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Salesforce Administration – Support the maintenance of Sales & Service Cloud, including user management, workflows, automation (Flows), reports, dashboards, and system configurations. 
  • Optimise Tools for Commercial Teams – Assist in implementing, integrating, and improving tools used by sales, marketing, client support, and finance. 
  • Process Automation & AI-Driven Enhancements – Identify and help implement automation solutions, including AI-powered tools, to improve efficiency and reduce manual work across commercial teams. 
  • Training & Support – Assist with training and bf Salesforce and other commercial tools. 
  • Data & Reporting – Maintain data quality, support dashboard building, and provide insights to teams using available tools. 
  • Collaboration – Work with RevOps and commercial teams to align systems and processes with business needs. 

 What We Are Looking For 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, Digital Business, or a related field. 
  • Interest in Salesforce, automation, and AI-powered commercial tooling – hands-on experience is a plus but not required. 
  • A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, with curiosity for technology and automation. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to support users and collaborate with teams. 
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions even with incomplete data. 
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a cross-functional team. 
  • Proactive approach to learning, especially in automation, AI, and emerging technologies. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Position Specifics 

This is a full-time position based in our central Copenhagen office, where you'll be working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be the third member of the Revenue Operations team, playing a key role in optimising tools that support commercial teams.
