About the Role

We’re hiring a VP Finance to build and lead our in house finance function as we scale.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. You’ll take ownership of all financial strategy and operations, bringing finance fully in-house and building the infrastructure needed to support a fast-growing global company.

This role requires experience running finance in a US-based company (US Inc.) and navigating a multi-entity structure.

The role is both strategic and hands-on, from shaping company direction and working with investors, to building models and setting up the right processes.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of Unframe’s finance function across a complex multi-entity structure (US Inc., Israeli Ltd., German GmbH)
  
  
• Build and scale the finance function in house, including hiring and leading the team
  
  
• Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, decision-making, and company growth
  
  
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting (including board materials)
  
  
• Support fundraising and investor relations
  
  
• Establish scalable processes, systems, and financial infrastructure
  
  
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales on key financial topics
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of relevant experience in a senior finance role (VP Finance / CFO level)
  
  
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, scaling a company through growth
  
  
• Strong background in B2B SaaS (metrics, business model, revenue understanding)
  
  
• Experience owning the finance function in a US-based company (US Inc.)
  
  
• Proven experience managing finance across multiple entities / geographies
  
  
• Track record of building or scaling a finance function or team
  
  
• Hands-on mindset with strong strategic thinking
  
  
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
  
  
• Based in Tel Aviv (in-office)
