Technical Recruiter

About the role

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join Unframe and help us scale our team as we continue building our enterprise AI platform.

In this role, you’ll own the full hiring process for key positions across engineering, product, and design. You’ll work closely with founders and hiring managers to attract great people, build strong hiring processes, and ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from first conversation to offer. You’ll play an important role in shaping how we grow the team during a critical stage of the company’s journey. We work on-site from our Tel Aviv offices, collaborating closely as a team.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process.

• Own hiring for R&D and product roles for our Tel Aviv R&D center.

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.

• Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks.

• Manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer.

• Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve our process.

• Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting at high-growth tech startups.

• Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or design).

• Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly.

• Familiarity with recruiting and HR tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Personio).

• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple processes.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Fluent Hebrew and strong English.
