What You’ll Do
As a Product Operations leader at Unframe, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Platform, and Revenue.
Your mission: ensure that what we build, how we deliver it, and how we scale it are fully aligned with customer value and revenue growth.
You’ll help turn complex, customer-specific AI solutions into structured, repeatable delivery frameworks, while strengthening the operational backbone that connects Product to GTM execution. This is not a back-office ops role. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position shaping how product drives revenue.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to operationalize strategy into scalable delivery models
- Work closely with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success to align product execution with revenue priorities
- Translate commercial requirements and enterprise constraints into structured execution plans
- Improve onboarding, deployment, and expansion workflows to support revenue growth
- Identify repeatable solution patterns across customers and turn them into reusable components with the Platform team
- Track and analyze product adoption, delivery performance, and revenue-related metrics
- Reduce friction across Product ↔ Engineering ↔ GTM by building clear processes and ownership models
- Support product launches and customer rollouts with strong cross-functional coordination
- Continuously refine how we scale custom solutions without compromising speed or quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar roles
- Experience working in customer-driven, enterprise-facing product environments
- Strong understanding of how product delivery connects to revenue lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention)
- Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Exceptional organizational and systems-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (fluent English required)
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI products, internal platforms, or component-based systems
- Familiarity with revenue metrics, pipeline processes, or enterprise GTM workflows
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI infrastructure, or highly customized product environments
- Experience working with global enterprise customers
