About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager based in London to lead one of our most strategic global customer relationships. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be both the day-to-day and strategic point of contact for one of our largest accounts. You’ll balance building long-term growth strategies with managing operational excellence, ensuring the account continues to expand across business lines and geographies.

While this account will be your primary focus, you may also oversee a small set of additional enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Strategic Customer Relationship: Serve as the trusted partner for one of Unframe’s largest global accounts, ensuring success across regions and time zones.
  • Drive Growth & Expansion: Partner with Product Growth and Sales leadership to identify upsell opportunities, secure renewals, and expand Unframe’s footprint within the customer’s organization.
  • Strategic Account Mapping: Build deep relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams, understanding the customer’s organizational structure and aligning Unframe to their most critical initiatives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Unframe, influencing product direction and ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage account health, renewals, and escalations while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impact.
  • Portfolio Support: Manage a handful of additional accounts, applying the same focus on growth and satisfaction.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

  • 10+ years managing enterprise accounts with a track record of renewals, upsells, and expansion.
  • Proven ability to engage both C-suite stakeholders on strategic outcomes and operational teams on delivery.
  • Experience in AI/ML platforms, enterprise software, digital transformation, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and build from scratch.
  • Flexibility to operate across time zones for a global account.
