We’re a fast-moving, product-focused team based in Tel Aviv, building real-world AI systems already used in production. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners, we recently raised $50M in Series A and are scaling fast.

We’re looking for a highly technical QA Engineer (Manual) to join our team and take ownership of quality within a specific product squad. This is not a “test executor” role - you’ll be responsible for driving quality across complex systems, working closely with engineers, product, and AI teams.

What will you do

• Own the QA domain within your squad, ensuring quality is part of the development process from day one
  
  
• Lead manual testing efforts for complex features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing flows
  
  
• Deeply understand system behavior, identify edge cases, and validate complex end-to-end scenarios
  
  
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to define requirements and “Definition of Done”
  
  
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and trade-offs between speed and quality
  
  
• Investigate production issues and ensure proper validation and regression coverage
  
  
• Collaborate with the QA team to align on standards, tools, and best practices across the company
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (manual testing)
  
  
• Strong technical background - ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex flows
  
  
• Experience working with JavaScript (must)
  
  
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex distributed systems
  
  
• Proven ability to take ownership and lead QA efforts within a team or domain
  
  
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments (startup experience is a plus)
  
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems
  
  
• Experience with test automation frameworks (even if not the main focus)
  
  
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud environments
  
  
• Experience testing complex integrations or data-heavy systems
