
Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
We’re looking for our first in-house recruiter to join Unframe and build our talent acquisition activities from the ground up. You’ll own the entire recruiting pipeline — from process design to candidate experience — and play a foundational role in shaping the team that’s building the future of enterprise AI.
This is a rare opportunity to set the tone and structure for how we hire across engineering, product and design. You’ll work closely with leadership, have a direct line to every hiring manager, and help scale the company during one of its most critical growth phases.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and continuously improve our end-to-end recruiting process.
- Own hiring for R&D and product roles for our R&D center in Tel Aviv.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategy, and assessment.
- Source top-tier candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks.
- Lead candidate experience — from first touch through offer.
- Track pipeline metrics and hiring KPIs to drive improvement and transparency.
- Implement tools, systems, and operational workflows to support scale.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting roles at high-growth tech startups.
- Proven track record of hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, design).
- Hands-on sourcing experience and a strong talent network.
- Familiarity with Recruitment and HR tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Personio) and recruiting ops.
- Strong ownership mentality and desire to build things from scratch.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Fluent Hebrew and good English speaker.
