
VP, Sales
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performance sales team. The VP of Sales will work closely with the executive team to align sales initiatives with business goals and ensure Unframe’s continued success in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team across multiple regions, fostering a culture of success and accountability.

Build and expand relationships with distribution partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and channel partners to maximize market penetration.

Define and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring efficiency in lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.

Establish and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and partner teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or B2B enterprise environment.

Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.

Experience in building and executing large global enterprise sales strategies.
