Ultra Tendency Group is an international big data boutique and consultancy specialising in Big Data, Cloud, Streaming, IIoT, and Microservices.
Founded in Germany in 2010, we are a Databricks Global Professional Services DPP Partner with 20+ open-source contributions across technologies including Ansible, Terraform, NiFi, and Kafka.
Our clients include the European Central Bank, Deutsche Telekom, HUK-Coburg, and Europe’s largest car manufacturer.
Today, Ultra Tendency operates across nine branches on three continents — and Korea is next.

What You’ll Do
Business Development & Market Growth
- Build relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners in Korea
- Support the growth of Ultra Tendency’s Korea presence and market positioning
- Develop new business opportunities within the cloud, data, and consulting ecosystem
- Represent Ultra Tendency at industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams
Building the Korea Business
- Help establish and grow Ultra Tendency’s local operations in Korea
- Contribute to hiring and team-building activities
- Help shape the local culture, processes, and ways of working
- Work closely with international colleagues across Europe and Asia-Pacific
Leadership & Ownership
- Take ownership of projects, client relationships, and growth initiatives
- Operate with autonomy and accountability
- Help create a collaborative, high-trust, and entrepreneurial culture
- Act as a bridge between Korean and international business environments
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, consulting, partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Experience working with enterprise customers or technology-focused businesses in Korea
- Exposure to international or multicultural work environments
- Deep understanding of Korean business culture
- Interest in cloud, data, software, AI, or technology consulting industries

Language Skills

- Additional languages such as Japanese or German are a plus
Nice to Have
These are helpful, but not required:
- Existing network within enterprise technology or consulting
- Exposure to Databricks, cloud, or data ecosystems
- Startup or early-stage business experience
- Experience working with European or international companies
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
