-
Backlog & Strategic Alignment: Own and prioritize the Compliance backlog based on critical business objectives and Global OKRs. Partner with the Head of Product to translate company strategy into actionable technical milestones.
-
Technical Integration Oversight: Act as the primary technical resource for integrations with Identity (KYC), Risk scoring, and AML tools. Manage technical dependencies with the platform and third-party providers.
-
Advanced Requirement Engineering: Gather and verify functional/non-functional requirements. Build and maintain Epics and Stories with a heavy focus on Financial Edge Cases (e.g., sanction hits, failed KYC loops, or suspicious transaction patterns).
-
Regulatory & Security Compliance: Ensure every feature satisfies international standards, including PSD2/3, DORA, and PCI-DSS. Act as a mediator to ensure the "User Golden Path" never bypasses mandatory security checks.
-
Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the central technical link between the Engineering team, the CISO, and external vendors. Secure approvals for data privacy and security architecture decisions.
-
Sprint Execution & Quality: Define sprint objectives and approve all product increments. Ensure every release—from backend API to frontend UI—meets our platform’s rigorous security and audit logging standards.
-
Incident & Change Management: Proactively manage change requests for security patches and regulatory updates. Define "Acceptance Criteria" that mandate strict audit-trail documentation and security validation.
-
Operational Guidance: Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams. Oversee technical operational tasks, such as whitelisting processes and system permission architecture.
- Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Product Owner/Manager, Business Analyst, or System Analyst in Fintech, BaaS, or RegTech.
-
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the DORA framework, ISO 27001 principles, and the technical lifecycle of KYC/AML/CTF workflows.

API & Data: Proficient in documenting/testing RESTful APIs and webhooks; solid understanding of backend architecture and data flow.
-
Modeling: Ability to create and interpret UML and BPMN diagrams for complex money and data movements.
-
Lifecycle: Expert-level knowledge of the full requirements lifecycle in a high-stakes environment.
-
-
Analytical Decision Making: Ability to synthesize complex information from third-party APIs to make logical, rapid decisions during technical conflicts or security incidents.
-

-
Agile Mastery: Deep experience in Scrum/Agile, specifically managing high-velocity delivery with significant third-party dependencies.
-
Communication: Advanced English (written and spoken). Ability to translate "Regulation-speak" into "Developer-speak" and vice versa.
- Private Health Insurance (after probation).
- Attractive office location and facilities.
- Daily breakfasts and Friday lunches in the office.
- Regular office & team building events.
