You're excited about this opportunity because...
- You will coordinate logistics for efficient transportation and distribution of finished products.
- You will oversee supply management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shortages.
- You will direct and monitor warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- You will develop and implement strategies to improve packing efficiency and reduction of costs.
- You will work diligently to meet customer SLA’s and hold your team accountable to scorecard goals.
- You will collaborate with various departments to align supply chain activities with production and marketing schedules.
- You will maintain accurate documentation of all supply chain activities and transactions.
- You will lead and mentor a team of warehouse associate personnel to achieve departmental objectives.
- You will manage staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads in order to achieve facility goals including but not limited to production, quality and safety.
- You will participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates.
- You will maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics, operating equipment, company policies and procedures.
- You will conduct investigations related to compliance issues, mispacks, etc.
We're excited about you because...
- You have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field. Past experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
- You have proven experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role within a med-tech or related industry.
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics principles.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You exhibit proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
- You are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- You possess the leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
- You have past experience training and developing team members (preferred).
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.
