You're excited about this opportunity because...
- You will partner with operations and IT team to facilitate proactive planning, smooth communication and issue resolution.
- You will work with business stakeholders to build consensus and alignment for sourcing projects.
- You will perform training needs analyses for the impacted user groups to understand the training scope and requirements.
- You will serve as the main point of contact for inventory technology tasks across operations, engineering, product and vendors - troubleshooting issues, creating plans, and ensuring inventory counts are accurate for both operational and technical needs.
- You will lead the DSCSA compliance plan and implementation.
- You will collaborate with internal teams and Tecsys on OTC business migration.
- You will collaborate with with facilities, compliance, and pharmacy departments to ensure implementations and updates meet regulatory requirements.
- You will work closely with the Finance department on reporting and ensuring accuracy and support Netsuite integration.
We're excited about you because...
- You have experience implementing Tecsys supply chain in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- You have worked cross functionally with operations, product, engineering, and project management teams.
- You have past inventory management experience.
- You possess deep analytical skills (Excel experience is a must), take self initiative, and are extremely detail oriented.
- You have a passion for problem solving, thrive in a fast paced environment, and enjoy working on continuous improvement projects.
- You are knowledgeable of pharmacy regulations (i.e. DSCSA).
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000.
