The Function and Team

The Fund Finance team sits within Triple Point’s Private Credit division and provides tailored fund-level debt solutions to alternative asset managers. The team supports a broad range of private market funds by delivering flexible and efficient financing structures that enhance liquidity, improve capital management and enable smoother investment execution.

Our solutions typically include:

·         Subscription credit lines

·         NAV facilities

·         GP and ManCo co-investment financing

Through deep sector expertise and a relationship-driven approach, the Funds Finance team helps clients optimise their capital structures while protecting Triple Point’s investor value and maintaining robust credit discipline.

The Role

We are bringing forward our recruitment plans to build on the recent success of the team to build on the strong demand for Triple Point’s fund finance solutions.

This is a newly created role within Triple Point’s Fund Finance Team is focused on the origination, structuring and execution of fund finance facilities in line with Triple Point’s Credit Policies and risk appetite.

The role will play a key part in building and deepening relationships with both new and existing alternative asset managers, acting as a trusted partner in understanding their financing needs and delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions.

In addition, the role will help to identify and cross-sell the wider suite of Triple Point products and services, collaborating with teams across the business to maximise opportunities and deliver a cohesive client experience.

This role will provide the successful candidate with the rare opportunity to be at the centre of establishing and growing a new fund finance business in a high growth part of the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise target clients for fund finance solutions, assist in developing a robust market origination pipeline across subscription lines, NAV facilities and GP/ManCo financing.
  • Prepare high-quality pitch materials and support client meetings, presenting Triple Point’s capabilities and tailoring proposals to client needs.
  • Draft term sheets and support commercial negotiations, ensuring structures meet client objectives while aligning with Triple Point’s Credit Policies and risk appetite.
  • Assist in the negotiation and execution of fund finance facilities, working closely with Legal, Credit, and external advisers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare credit papers, amendments and annual reviews, providing clear analysis, recommendations and ongoing monitoring in line with governance and portfolio standards.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the life of each facility.
  • Collaborate across Triple Point to identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce clients to relevant products and services across the Group.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, documentation standards and market insights to enhance origination efficiency and client outcomes.

Competencies

  • Extensive experience in Fund Finance, ideally gained within a bank, private credit fund, or other alternative lender.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to analyse fund portfolios, assess risk, and structure appropriate financing solutions.
  • Experience working in a credit, structuring, or transaction execution role, with exposure to negotiation, due diligence and documentation processes.
  • Proven ability to build, develop and maintain client relationships, demonstrating commercial awareness, credibility and a collaborative approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear pitch materials, term sheets and credit papers.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational discipline, ensuring accuracy across analysis, documentation and portfolio monitoring.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, aligning with Triple Point’s values and High Performance Culture.
