The Function & Team This role sits within the Retail Strategy team and works closely with teams across the business to develop and align the strategy for retail fundraising. The team sits within the wider Distribution team which focuses on raising and retaining assets under management (AUM) to drive business growth. They provide innovative financial solutions for advisers and clients, building relationships founded on trust, transparency, and integrity. The Retail Strategy team is currently a team of 5. |

The Role The Retail Strategy Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing Triple Point’s retail distribution strategy. Partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer – Retail Distribution, Head of Distribution, and cross-functional teams, the role ensures that products, propositions and market activities align with adviser needs, regulatory expectations and business growth objectives. The role is responsible for distribution strategy development, product enhancements, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and digital capability improvements. |
