Role Summary

As a Client Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Operations Team, who support the investors investing in Triple Points products, with a wide range of responsibilities, including client onboarding. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, application processing skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure a seamless experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Client Services and Sales, to facilitate smooth operations and address client needs effectively.

Any Other Business: Ad hoc and supporting role where required to ensure the smooth running of the whole Client Operations department.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of application processing, handing large volumes of retails applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, would be beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of UK Regulations for Know Your Client and Anti Money Laundering rules.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with financial advisers and clients professionally, clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
