Game Producer (Hybrid Casual)

Barcelona

Who are we?

Tripledot Studios is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world.

We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios.

Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users.

Tripledot’s guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others.

We’re building a company we’re proud of. One filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail-orientated people, who LOVE making games.

Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started.

The role is working within our studio: Belka Games

Belka Games is a game development company. According to Sensor Tower, the company is among the top 30 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Game Producer to build new Hybrid Casual games from scratch.

You’ll identify product opportunities, test game hypotheses, and guide projects from concept and prototype through marketability, launch, retention validation, and D7/D30 performance evaluation.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Hybrid Casual experience who can move quickly in a high-uncertainty environment, make data-driven decisions, and confidently decide when to iterate – and when to stop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating new games from scratch. Identify promising product opportunities and turn them into testable game concepts and prototypes
  • Researching the market. Monitor Hybrid Casual trends, emerging mechanics, successful products, competitors, player behavior, and new market opportunities
  • Leading projects through early-stage validation. Take games from concept and prototype through marketability testing, technical launch, retention testing, and D7/D30 validation
  • Defining product hypotheses and validation criteria. Determine what needs to be tested at each stage and what minimum product scope is required to get a reliable answer
  • Making go / iterate / kill decisions. Analyze test results and decide whether to continue development, change direction, or stop a project
  • Owning early-stage product metrics. Analyze CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, monetization, ARPU/ARPDAU, ROAS, and other key indicators of product potential
  • Developing the core product. Work closely with Game Design on core gameplay, progression, difficulty, economy, meta systems, and monetization required for successful validation
  • Working closely with UA and Creative teams. Evaluate marketability and creative potential together with product metrics and identify opportunities for further testing
  • Running multiple product hypotheses. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of concepts and experiments rather than focusing exclusively on the long-term development of one mature product
  • Leading a cross-functional R&D team. Coordinate Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, and Creative teams to move from hypothesis to validated product as efficiently as possible

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games
  • Proven experience taking multiple game concepts from idea or prototype to market validation, including projects that reached retention and D7/D30 testing stages.
  • A portfolio of Hybrid Casual projects where you can clearly explain:
    • the original product hypothesis
    • how the concept was validated
    • which metrics were used
    • what results were achieved
    • what decisions were made based on those results
  • Strong understanding of the Hybrid Casual mobile games market, including current genres, mechanics, monetization models, and product trends
  • Strong understanding of early-stage product and UA metrics, including CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, ARPU/ARPDAU, and ROAS
  • Ability to identify whether a project's main issue lies in core gameplay, product depth, monetization, creatives, or user acquisition, and define the next experiment accordingly
  • Strong analytical and product thinking with the ability to make decisions based on incomplete data
  • Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional development teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills
