Role Overview

We are looking for a Talented Ruby Engineer to boost our team!

You will be working on our internal marketing tool - a system that is used by our creative and marketing teams to upload creatives and launch lots of UA campaigns for our games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in a small team on bringing the roadmap live
  • Ensuring test coverage and maintaining documentation for new code.
  • Collaborating effectively within the team — solve problems, share knowledge, and align on technical approaches together.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong professional experience in full-stack development.
  • 4-5+ years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with React (or other frontend technologies)
  • Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). 
  • Experience building and deploying production APIs.
  • Experience building and scaling background job workflows.
  • Previous experience working with Docker.
  • Experience with code assistant tools (Claude Code/Cursor/Codex/Copilot)in building real features within your project.
  • Basic knowledge of working in a Linux environment.
  • Familiarity with Redis and Memcached.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for a duration of three months.
