Role Overview
- Working on the existing portfolio of puzzle games while driving the creation of new titles — from initial concept and design to production and release.
- Generating and evaluating new feature ideas to enhance player engagement and retention.
- Preparing clear and detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) outlining gameplay mechanics and core features.
- Developing and refining game balance to ensure engaging and rewarding player experiences.
- Planning and executing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide design decisions.
- Analyzing results of updates and experiments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile games, preferably within casual genres targeting a female audience aged 30+.
- Proven experience managing a product or game development team.
- Strong analytical understanding of key metrics and player behavior in mobile games.
- Hands-on experience with market research, prototyping, development, and LiveOps processes.
- Solid understanding of mobile game UX principles and player journey design.
- English and Russian proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Passion for games and a strong sense of player empathy.
