Role Overview

Tripledot Studios is hiring a VP of Marketing to lead the games portfolio of Zephyr Mobile Studio and own initiatives across our portfolio of hit games. 
 
This role is not just a UA lead role - it offers the opportunity to actively shape the direction of the studio's UA strategy, including product innovation, adtech and monetisation, measurement, creating best-in-class creatives and working on multiple genres of IAA, IAP and Hybrid games.
 
You will own multi-million-dollar budgets, strategic direction for growth efforts, and lead a team of superstars focused on driving user acquisition and retention for some of the largest games in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning growth strategies: Lead a team of UA specialists and own UA and organic growth strategies across multiple top-performing titles.
  • Managing major budgets: Own and optimize several multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
  • Generating actionable insights: Use data to uncover opportunities and inform experimentation across UA, monetisation and product.
  • Market intelligence: Continuous monitoring of trends, competitors, and emerging genres; rapid adoption of innovative mechanics and tools.
  • Financial planning: Ownership of marketing budget forecasting, allocation, and revenue planning to maximize growth efficiency and profitability.
  • Data infrastructure: Monitoring and guiding the development of analytics, BI, and adtech infrastructure to guarantee end-to-end data visibility.
  • Driving creative excellence: Manage internal creative team to innovate ad content.
  • Leading cross-functional projects: Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to launch high-impact initiatives.
  • Partnerships: Building strategic relationships with ad networks, stores, platforms, and external partners.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Extensive expertise: 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or product marketing roles.
  • Proven leadership: Strong track record leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Cross-functional success: Experience in driving initiatives in collaboration with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics.
  • Business impact: Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through bold growth experiments.
  • Strategic thinking: Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies in mobile gaming or related industries.
  • An analytical mindset with strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of LTV modelling, mobile attribution, and performance data.
  • A comfort level operating with autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian.
