The role is working within our studio: Belka Games
Belka Games is a game development company. According to data.ai, the company is among the top 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Middle 3D Environment Artist with commercial Unity experience to join the team working on a large game project. In this role, you will create stylized low-poly environment assets and integrate them into Unity, ensuring both visual quality and technical optimization. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 3D graphics for mobile platforms (iOS / Android): environments, buildings, props
  • Integrate and configure assets in the game engine
  • Carry assignments all the way through, from initial idea to final implementation in the engine

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A relevant and up-to-date portfolio (it doesn’t have to be public);
  • Strong low-poly modeling skills for any type of object (environment, buildings, props);
  • Solid understanding of composition, color, and lighting principles;
  • Experience working with Unity: integrating and setting up environment assets, optimizing for mobile performance;
  • Experience using AI tools for concept creation.
